Better health with better back support


If you sit at a desk all day, back support is a very important part of your day-to-day life. Good back support makes a huge difference at the end of the day between walking away relaxed or in great pain, or even walking away at all for that matter. There are many simple ways to combat this ever-increasing health risk of this technological age.

The first place to start is perhaps your chair. Is it adjustable in any way? Does height change or does the backrest move at all to provide that all-important back support? If you answered no, then you most be in a great deal of pain after a long day at the office. The chair you use should be able to change heights so your feet lay flat on the floor and knees bent at a 90-degree angle. The armrests should also be adjustable so they can be raised so your wrists and forearm are level with your desk and keyboard. Relieve pain with proper lumbar support


After many, many hours in a chair, after a long day at the office, the last thing you wan to do is walk away with a sore back.
